Erin Eatough

Studies how decision rules, not personalities, produce trust and capability inside organizations.

If trust is a property of the system, what does it cost to redesign for it, and who pays?

Authored, challenged, led

Erin Eatough is an organizational psychologist whose work sits between the laboratory and the operating floor. Before joining the institute she led research on wellbeing and performance at scale, and she has spent the last decade arguing that the unit of analysis for most people questions is the system, not the person. She chairs the institute's review standard for evidence.
